Your photos stay yours.

Before upload

The Booth removes EXIF, XMP, IPTC, comment, and common PNG metadata on your device before a photo is uploaded. This includes the location and camera details normally stored in those fields. Supported HEIC and HEIF photos are converted to JPEG on your device. The original file is not sent to Cor Photos.

Photo storage

Uploaded photos are kept in private storage and are made available only through an unguessable order-linked address when the print service needs the image. Photos that are uploaded but never attached to an order are removed after 48 hours.

Photos attached to an order are kept for 60 days after that order ships, then deleted automatically. The window is longer than the 30-day reprint period so that a reprint is still possible for the whole time you are entitled to one.

Order information

We keep the contact, delivery, payment-status, and fulfillment information needed to process the order. Payment details are handled by Stripe; Cor Photos does not ask you to create an account or store a password.

This device

Your unfinished Booth—including prepared photo copies and delivery details—is saved in this browser so a refresh does not erase your work. Up to ten recent order references and their lookup emails are also kept here. You can remove this local information by clearing site data in your browser.
