REPRINTS & CANCELLATION
If a print is not right, we print it again.
Every print is made to order for you. When one arrives damaged, defective, or not what the order said, the remedy is a reprint — not a refund — and it does not cost you anything.

Tell us within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photograph of the problem. If the print is damaged, defective, or does not match the size, quantity, or framing confirmed at checkout, we reprint and reship it at no charge. Keep the affected prints and the packaging until the replacement arrives.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled from its order page for as long as it has not gone to print. Cancelling stops production and returns your money to the card you paid with, less the payment processing fee described below; it usually appears within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
The processing fee is what our card processor charges to take the payment. They keep it whether or not the order is later cancelled, so a cancelled order returns the amount you paid minus that fee rather than a figure Cor Photos chooses. It is a small percentage of the order plus a fixed amount of about thirty cents.
If an order never reached the lab, cancelling it costs you nothing and the full amount is returned. When the failure is ours you are made whole, and the order page says so before you confirm.
Printing begins soon after payment, so that window is short — often only a few minutes. Once the lab has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the reprint terms above are what apply instead.
Photo choices
A print that matches the size, quantity, and Fill or Fit choice confirmed at checkout is not defective merely because the selected framing crops an edge or adds a border, or because a low-resolution photo prints softly after a warning was shown. Review those choices in the Booth before payment.
Refunds
Outside of a cancellation, orders are not refunded. Prints are manufactured individually for each order and cannot be resold, which is why the remedy for a problem is a replacement print rather than a return.
If a reprint genuinely will not resolve the problem, write to support@corphotos.com and say so. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
